Quiet

living room

It has been bit quiet on my blog. I have nothing crafty to post about. No quilting, no sewing, no knitting nothing. I am spending every spare minute in and around my new house.
We are close to the big move. Yes! Tomorrow my new kitchen will arrive. Our house is becoming more and more a home.

packing fabrics

I'm packing my fabrics.. and ooh my hands are itching to work on a quilt again. So many fabrics are inspiring me. I have to wait a little while and then I can sew in my new studio :-)

That sounds very exciting; a new kitchen! We did ours last summer; lots of work but so nice when it is all done.
Good luck!

I love, LOVE those windows!! And the light coming into this room is beautiful, your quilts are going to look so gorgeous in here!
Hang in there, just a little while longer in all this mess and then you will have time to quilt, quilt and quilt again!

Wat een fijn vooruitzicht om te weten dat je straks heerlijk op een prachtig plekje kunt quilten!
Geniet ze en sterkte nog even met de laatste loodjes....

It's truly exciting to be moving into a new house! I love all the windows I see. My daughter and her family just moved into a new house and we realized how dark the house was where they had been renting. Moving into a new home will give you an astonishing number of opportunities to be creative, something you are so good at. I send you my best wishes for happiness in your new home.
